Welcome to ELITE Massage Therapy....

My name is Katie Vona and I am the owner of ELITE Massage Therapy.
I am a certified massage therapist that works on novice to professional
athletes – most do marathons, IronMan, Western States, triathlons,
and double century rides. With a degree in Kinesiology and a background
in physical therapy, I understand how the body will function under the
different stresses that come with training for an event. I just moved
the business from Folsom back to East Sacramento, and I am so excited
to call East Sacramento my new home!

Also, I am the owner of the ELITE Massage Crew. At different races
around town, you will find me and a handful of other fantastic massage
therapists at the end of the race working out those tired legs. I am
associated with SAC FIT running group and try to go out a couple of
times per season to work on their runners.
